1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of the Severinas online store at severinas.com, operated by CJ CCP Holding II ApS. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products All our coffee products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Orders and Delivery Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by destination — please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Right of Withdrawal As coffee is a perishable food product, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged goods.

6. Complaints If you have a complaint, please contact us at severinas@severinas.com. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) at www.forbrug.dk.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
