Grown in perfect harmony with nature under a protective canopy of native hardwoods and fruit trees, our circular and biodynamic methods do more than nurture the soil and local community; they craft a coffee in a league of its own.

The result is an exceptionally clean and well-balanced cup. Expect a deep, rich base of chocolate, beautifully elevated by the bright crispness of green apple and citrus, and rounded off with a smooth, natural honey finish.
